Endric Deleveaux
PRESIDENT
Endric M. Deleveaux is a Bahamian and since October, 2011, he founded and currently is the Managing Director of Summit Corporate Services Limited, a Corporate Services provider regulated by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas.
From October 2018 to January 2024, he was a Compliance Consultant to a boutique Private Financial Institutions.
He was previously employed by a small boutique Financial Services company which provided services to high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients as Compliance and Risk Manager. At this Company, he also held the position of Head of Fiduciary Services & Operations Manager from May 2007 to September 2011.
Prior to that employment, he served as Head of Fiduciary Operations at Ansbacher (Bahamas) Limited where he was employed from 1996 to May 2007. At Ansbacher, he added to his knowledge and experience in managing fiduciary staff and medium and high net worth business relationships, he also gained considerable experience in marketing and compliance. He has also worked briefly in the Cayman Islands.
Mr. Deleveaux has about 35 years’ experience in the Bahamas’ Financial Services Industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Elmira College, Elmira, New York and an MBA degree from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida.
He is a Founding Executive of the Bahamas Association of Compliance Officers (BACO) and currently in his second term as President of BACO. He is also a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP). Mr. Deleveaux is a member of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS), and is registered with the Securities Commission of The Bahamas and the Bahamas Financial Intelligence Unit as a Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (FIU) and currently provides outsourced services to Regulated Institutions in Nassau, Bahamas.
